Light golden in colour, with vivid, fine bubbles this wine has topical lychee and pineapple aromas on the nose giving way to deliciously youthful flavours of white melon, kiwi fruit and mandarin on the palate creating a vibrant finish.
This wine has a balanced acidity which works beautifully as an aperitif with olives and smoked nuts or fish dishes such as fritto miso.
All Bluebell wines are Vintage wines, that is to say they are made exclusively from our own grapes grown in a single year. This means that every Bluebell Vintage is unique. Our Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in our own vineyards
