Hidden Spring Classic Cuvée 2019

A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier using the traditional French method for creating Champagne. It won a silver award at the International Wines & Spirits competition 2017.

Dazzling and fresh displaying it’s youthful charm, this 100% Chardonnay has a rich lemon colour, with fine beading bubbles. Fresh fruity aromas of lychee on the nose. Citrus on the palate, sweetness and acidity nicely balanced. Gentle and elegant style, sliced green apples and gala melon. Fine boned with persistent chalky length. The perfect welcome drink, good on its own or accompanied by canapés.

Bright and vibrant with aromas of elderflower, nectarine, pear and peach, a lively minerality and flavours of fresh lime zest, grapefruit and stone fruit layers. A perfect accompaniment to salads and grilled vegetables. Excellent length – British summertime in a glass.
