We offer wine pairing dinners and wine tasting events throughout the year at hotels in Eastbourne. These events are fun and full of information about the wines you will be tasting. The idea is to introduce you to wines that you may not have tried before and to be able to be confident when choosing your own wine in the supermarket. All the wines we will introduce you to are readily available.

Our wine expert Victoria carries out extensive research about the wine and the producer and explains the full story behind each wine. She works with the hotel chef to advise on the food pairing so that whatever you are sipping is complemented by the accompanying dish.

We choose a different country of wine region each time. Our wine pairing dinners start with a sparkling wine on arrival and then a different wine with each course of the 3-course meal. Our wine tastings offer you a selection of white, rose and red wines with a simple cold meat and cheese platter.

The evening is designed to be fun and interesting and is an opportunity to try new wines but also to meet new people and old friends.
