We offer wine pairing dinners and wine tasting events throughout the year at in Eastbourne. These events are fun and full of information about the wines you will be tasting. The idea is to introduce you to wines that you may not have tried before and to be able to be confident when choosing your own wine in the supermarket. All the wines we will introduce you to are readily available.
Our wine expert Melissa carries out extensive research about the wine and the producer and explains the full story behind each wine. She works with the chefs to advise on the food pairing so that whatever you are sipping is complemented by the accompanying dish.
The evening is designed to be fun and interesting and is an opportunity to try new wines but also to meet new people and old friends.
If you haven’t been before we will introduce you to other people so you will quickly feel at home. Alternatively if you have a private event, Melissa can come to you!
