Trio of Sussex Wines Hamper

This hamper is a true English wine delight! A combination of wines from three different Sussex vineyards to enjoy this festive season, or at any time and for any occasion for that matter!

A bottle of Hidden Spring Pinot Gris. Made from 100% Pinot Gris which is a perfect cool climate grape variety for English wine. A clear pale yellow in colour with citrus, and grapefruit flavours. Absolutely delicious with salamis, seafood or smoked salmon.

A bottle of Off the Line Hip Rosé, which is made from whole bunch pressed Pinot Noir grapes. It’s super pale in colour, dry and Provencal is style. It yields stone fruit, redcurrant, savoury and floral tones with a refreshing finish.

A bottle of Bluebell Vineyard Estate Ashdown Boundary Block, made from 100% Merlot grapes and aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby colour. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb and Cherry Bakewell. It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, and pairs well with roast beef or mushroom risotto.
