Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to attend a Pop’n’Pour event that you have paid for we will refund your money in full up to 72 hours before the event.

We regret that after this time it is not possible to make a refund and your invoice will stand. This is because we pay the hotel at this time and all the wine has been paid for in full.

Payment for all Pop’n’Pour events must be made 7 days before the event, or at the point of booking.
