Hidden Spring Pinot Gris 2021

Bright and vibrant with aromas of elderflower, nectarine, pear and peach, a lively minerality and flavours of fresh lime zest, grapefruit and stone fruit layers. A perfect accompaniment to salads and grilled vegetables. Excellent length – British summertime in a glass.

This is the signature wine from Bluebell Vineyard where only the finest Chardonnay grapes are selected for this wine. Light golden in colour, with vivid, fine bubbles this wine has topical lychee and pineapple aromas on the nose giving way to deliciously youthful flavours of white melon, kiwi fruit and mandarin on the palate creating a vibrant finish.

This is the classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. It has a pale silver lime-leaf green appearance, with continuous small bubbles. It is toasty, with under-ripe pineapple and greengage fruit behind; brut-style, balanced with creamy mousse and great freshness, and a long finish. This wine is brilliant as an aperitif on its own or wonderful paired with seafood.
