A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier using the traditional French method for creating Champagne. It won a silver award at the International Wines & Spirits competition 2017.
Lively fine bubbles help to distribute the wonderful aromatics: lemon zest and fruity apricot notes with orchard fruit and hints of sweet pastry. On the palate it is has a really lively citrus quality – it’s more lemon sherbet than lemon zest, promoting a lovely tingling sensation. Richer fruity flavours continue on the mid taste – ripe apricot with juicy apply and pear. A fine mousse with deliciously rounded fruit flavours make this a really enjoyable and smooth drinking sparkling wine.
Primordia pairs well with fish, seafood and white meats. Also wonderful for aperitifs, as well as making for some magnificent cocktails. A perfect accompaniment to oysters or smoked salmon n crostini.
